As a Workday Specialist, you will modernize the HR Systems. Work closely with IT Specialists. Test and implement new systems.

To provide our employees with the right support, it is important to also modernize our HR systems. From our strategic spearhead People Connect, we want to take a next step in our HR IT services for all our employees, whereby our processes are transparent, innovative and intuitive. This year we will implement a new E-HRM system as well as a new payroll service provider. During this process, we seek support for our Project Team for a period of approximately 9 months. This will be a role with the focus on HCM within Workday. You work closely with the HCM lead and our HR and IT specialists, and the implementation partners.
You are used to planning multiple activities in one day and know how to manage this well. You are a discussion partner for other functional flows in the project, as well as the technical side of, for example, data migrations. Working on the cutting edge of HR and IT and bringing both worlds together is second nature to you.
Responsibilities include: * Helping with the design of the HCM business processes and takes decisions * Evaluation and approval process of the products to be delivered. * Responsible for collecting module-specific requirements from within the organization and testing the developed processes and functionalities. You have always gone through several fast learning curves and you can quickly familiarize yourself with new environments and situations through thorough analysis. You have courage, a high energy level, a positive attitude and execution power so that you achieve the intended goals in an ever faster changing organization.

Experience with complex HR and IT projects
Experience with HR data migrations
Experience with Carve-out and Carve-in of HR suppliers / full BPO suppliers / Salary suppliers
Experience with developing HR acceptance tests and being able to carry them out independently
Can read and write workflow environments for HR processes and can test these for feasible and correct operation (quality assurance)
Being able to perform quality checks on HR data in complex HR projects
Good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and English
