·Phone and email contact with customers regarding HR-related queries;
·Data look up and data entry in various HR administration systems and tracking tools;
·Support other team members by knowledge sharing;
·Actively identify opportunities for process improvements;
·Cooperate with internal team regarding candidates and flex processes;
·Add value and share best practice experiences with the teams and clients.
Job Description Qualifications:
·Fluent level of Dutch and English;
·Excellent customer service skills;
·Attention to detail;
·Strong computer skills (ability to learn and use efficiently various systems);
·Ability to analyze and solve complex issues;
·Experience in service delivery or call/contact center is a benefit.
