Travel Manager / Executive Assistant, Amsterdam
Our client is an international organization with an innovative mentality and an ambitious, dynamic and fast paced culture.
In this position you will be working closely alongside the Management Team while teaming up and reporting to the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
You are the first point of contact internally for travel-related questions (reservations, bookings etc). You are making complex travel arrangements from A to Z and assisting with and improving the current travel policies and processes.
Next to this, you are organising and preparing meetings, manage relationships with vendors and following up and executing various administrative tasks.
You are a proactive, representative and globally oriented Travel Manager / Executive Assistant. The Travel Manager / Executive Assistant has strong planning, organizational and admin skills, eye for details, precision, and most of all: a quality-driven, service-minded attitude. You are someone who finds the way to get things done on a timely manner and with quality. The perfect candidate has flexibility & the ability to quickly shift and work on priorities.
You are flexible, a problem solver, confident and a go-getter by heart. You are discrete at all times and love to support your team within a direct, hands-on and open manner.
Approximately 2-3 years (proven) experience as Travel Manager or Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Available 32 – 40 hours.
Lives in or nearby Amsterdam / flexible no 9-5 mentality.
