You are responsible for managing and delivering all Processing and Seed Enhancement activities for the Plant.

Description
In this role you are leading three teams within the Vegetables and Flowers seeds processing plant. As a Group Lead, you demonstrate leadership on HSE and Quality, and motivate, stimulate and educate your people to reach the departmental goals. You are responsible for managing all costs of the department by preparing budget for next years and align these with the approved budget during the year.
As a member of the Plant management team, you pro-actively contribute to develop & implement the plant strategic and operational objectives towards establishing a high performing and continuously learning organisation to assure end to end result.
Profile
You have extensive experience in operations management and the application of different lean techniques, preferably in an environment with biological variation. Experience with industrial automation is preferred. You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. You have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to translate complex challenges into pragmatic solutions. You are a team player and have experience in effective stakeholder management. You are fluent in both English and Dutch. You are eager to learn and can understand the complexity of our business.
