| Software engineer Traineeship Software engineer Traineeship The logistics industry is incredibly versatile. As is the world of software engineering. Do you want to work in a field that is constantly developing? Want to gather as much knowledge as you can and develop in a field that suits you? And are you a person who sticks in to an assignment for 100 per cent? Then the software engineering trainee programme may be of interest to you. How does it work? As a trainee, you will go through a varied programme. All sorts of aspects of our field are discussed. You will learn how to program, which is an important part of software engineering. Moreover, you learn how to clearly record matters and soundly test what you made. You will also gather experience by delivering an assignment to the customer. You will be at our service desk one day a week where you will be introduced to our customers, their questions and their needs. What is the essence of the customer request? How can you find it? And how do you record it? Under the supervision of experienced colleagues you will gather knowledge and experience in a range of fields. Once you have familiarised yourself sufficiently with programming, you will start with small, well-defined assignments. Along the way, the assignments will increase in size and become more complex. They also require more coordination, both with the customer and with colleagues. Would you like to delve into technology? Or would you like to develop yourself further in the field of customer contact? At the end of your traineeship, together we will plan a career path that suits you. What do you need? University of applied sciences (HBO) or university level Affinity with technology or logistics in the broadest sense. Technical insight and the ability to think in structures and patterns. Analytical skills A good sense of responsibility Enthusiasm and team spirit The drive to learn and develop yourself What do you get from us? A fun and challenging seven-months traineeship at a company where your personality and talents are more important than your CV.
