- Order analysis, information and customer care;
- Design of sales orders defined by sales managers;
- Processing of prospective requests;
- Processing of account opening requests;
- Monitoring and updating client files;
- Updating contacts within the CRM tool and follow-up of action plans;
- Sales statistics follow-ups;
- Administrative tasks;
- Sending catalogs, documentation and samples.
