Maxpay is looking for an energetic Sales Representative who has an experience in working with Banking or Fintech industry. Based on banking experience you can do a big step in your career and become a part of big Fintech family. This is a unique role without any time tracking which will allow you to apply your exceptional knowledge to the sales process. The company offers high % commission from each client for 6 months + basic salary.

Responsibilities include:
- Prospect, qualify and sell to potential customers and investigate selling opportunities within new segments and markets;
- Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings and presentations;
- Close sales and develop a future sales plan for additional services that will further benefit your customer base;
- Work closely with the product development team in order to come up with a specific Value Proposition for a Customer Business Segment and to a specific merchant to meet its business needs;
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure all sales are properly generated, processed efficiently, and activated quickly to achieve high-levels of merchant satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
- The desire and proven ability to build highly motivated and satisfied employees is critical to the success of this role and a requirement for the position.
- The right person will possess 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in working with banking or Fintech ( knowledge of the credit card and payments industry etc.)
- Prior direct sales experience is preferred;
- The ability and willingness to close sales and follow up with prospective merchants;
- The ability to adapt and learn new technologies and operational business cycles of prospective merchants;
- Comfortable with face-to-face and distant prospecting, ability to develop and maintain networking and business relationships;
- Experience working in the territory with partners and customers;
- Experience working within the Banking industry is highly desired.
- Fluent English.
