Great understanding of different buying needs and opportunities of each customer
Together with the account managers, inside sales reps and support staff you manage the key accounts, sales numbers, gross profit and margin.
- The ideal candidate has a strong sales drive but with a human touch.
- You understand what our customers need from a genuine interest in people, product knowledge and sales.
- Your style is result oriented and you get the job done.
- You have the ability to work independently, be an effective contributor in a diversified team and you have strong leadership skills.
- You have a proven ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds, strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent presentational and communication skills and you are willing to undertake a moderate amount of business travel (50% in the EMEA region, e.g. one week in the office, 1 week travel). You are fluent in Dutch & English (verbal and written), additional language skills considered an asset.
- Last but not least, you hold a bachelor's or master's degree and you have a maximum of 5 years experience in a solid leadership role.
