The quality programme manager develops, plans and maintains programmes and supporting operating systems in the the plant. Overall you will be responsible for the Quality team but it is a big plus if you have the right people skills to also manage a HSE specialist.

Quality Manager food (also interim possible):
Manages quality and food safety programmes for the plant and ensures right processes, procedures, training, tools and measures are in place to ensure successful certification and compliance to legal and network standards
Executes risk and gap analyses for quality and food safety for any change introduced into the plant and creates action plans to ensure that plans and practices are aligned with the network standards and the Dutch or European legislation and integrated into the plant operating system.
Creates and manages a programme management framework to ensure that operations and leadership teams are integrated into decision making process, prioritization of risks and actions and progress is monitored and evaluated.
Leads and develops the cross functional HACCP team, BRC audit and food safety improvement plan and training
Responsible for creation and maintenance of core food safety and quality processes including withdrawal from sale process, internal audit, GMP standards, OSE, new product launch process and testing programme
Responsible for the Food Defence team coordination, audit and improvement plan and maintaining the business continuity plan
Manages the quality system to ensure that all quality and food safety documents and technical specifications are up to date and accessible and integrated into training, work instructions and management of change process
Works with safety and quality team to role model proactive leadership in changes and actions that lead to improvement of the quality and safety culture within the plant
Consults and works together with Quality managers within the Starbucks network and external subject matter experts within local industry groups and regulatory bodies
The successful Quality Manager food (also interim possible) has experience with guiding specialists and has confidence in contract with other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in food technology and/or safety engineering;
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English, both in written and oral;
