About the Role Tasks & responsibilities • The Purchase Lead Requisitioner is responsible for the end-to-end process of daily purchasing, in conjunction with the other requisitioners in Tilburg and Venray; • Responsibilities include supplier contact, requesting quotations, creating purchase requisitions, reconciling invoices and administrate invoicing for the Facility and Maintenance department; • Sometimes it is required to source alternative suppliers and resolve ad-hoc issues with the finance department; • Working with other requisitioners, you will be responsible to ensure that there are no delayed invoice payments, all documentation is current and that there are no administrative issues; • In conjunction with our Facility & Maintenance Teams, you will be responsible for keeping our asset database up-to-date, administering equipment preventive maintenance in the asset database and generating reports; Profile • Fulltime available; • 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative position; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP; • Accuracy, being a team player and having a hands-on mentality are important characteristics; • You can convince stakeholders to meet our targets; • Good communication skills in English.
