The position is open because of a maternity leave and we are looking for somebody who is fulltime available until the end of June. - You will support 3 persons in their every day activities. This includes, but is not limited to, making travel arrangements, administration of their expenses and agenda management.
- Office management. The office is another one of your responsibilities. You are the centre point of contact when it comes to all building related happenings, supplies and incoming invoices.
- Project management; You are constantly up to date about what team members are working on and, depending on their workflow and deadlines, you will delegate tasks to the right team members.
We are looking for somebody who is available immediately, for a period of 4 -5 months. You have 3-5 years relevant and recent working experience as a personal assistant or management assistant. Professional knowledge of the English language is very important because you will communicate in this language most of the time. Do you also speak Dutch? Great!
