AU Optronics Europe BV / AUO Green Energy Europe BV is looking for an office manager.
In this function, you perform, together with the office manager, the entire financial and HR administration of AUO branch office in Amsterdam and you support all work arising from commercial activities.
- Financial administration
Timely and correct execution of billing, account payable management, bookkeeping and salary administration, provide assistance on corporate income tax filing and expatriate’s personal income tax filing
- HR administration
Responsible for all activities related to recruitment, training, promotion & discharge of employee. Responsible for foreign team member’s resident permit, 30% ruling, relocation support.
- General support / secretarial work
General support of business activities, including
- Making travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel and other transportation.
- Deal with queries, mail and telephone calls
- Facility support
- Organizing event
- General secretarial and administrative support
We are looking for
- MBO/HBO level ( preferably with a few years working experience)
- Affinity with HR
- Numerical understanding
- Affinity with account payable ( preferably with Oracle experience)
- Communication skills
- Good command of both Dutch and English ( Chinese is a plus)
- Cost aware
- Available 32 hrs per week
