As a trusted HR Business Partner, you are the point of contact for the managers of the different departments within our organization. You will be based in the Rotterdam office.
Our client is a global leader in the insurance industry with 30,000 employees across 130 countries worldwide.
The HR department is characterized by pro-activity, integrity and professionalism. The HR department is part of the HR Europe team and supports around 250 people in Rotterdam.
You advise, coach, guide and support management.
You apply the organization's HR tools, policies and you advise proactively on terms and conditions of employment, organization development, recruitment and selection, performance and talent management, learning and development, sickness absence and legislation and regulations.
You consistently implement the organization's HR policy and advise on both large and small organizational changes.
You are able to write policy documents independently.
You proactively tackle issues that can be improved and you participate in internal HR projects.
You are able to analyze data and translate it
You are able to distinguish bottlenecks and opportunities between the objectives of the organization and those of its employees.
You are responsible of recruitment
The organization is looking for a talented and ambitious HR professional who actively uses previously gained experiences and will develop further in the areas of talent and performance management, learning and development and reward management.
- WO degree, for example in business economics or (organizational) psychology
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position and working environment
- Strong analytical insight
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of HR and laws & regulations
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
