As an HR Business Partner for my client you will perform frontline HR consultancy in order to provide optimum HR support and advice to employees and management in Europe.
Furthermore you will provide project support to the HR department and organization to achieve continuous development of the HR function and support an optimum fit between the organization and its human resources.

The company is active worldwide in 40 countries employing more than 4.500 logistics experts.
Travelling to the European offices of our client will be part of your role (+/- 30% travelling).
Together with your colleagues you advice, coordinate and support management and staff in the full HR work area.
The business partner for our client coordinates and performs processes such as recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits (including payroll coordination), learning and development, promotion, manpower planning, retention, engagement, case management etc. for designated departments in Europe (including Netherlands).
Depending on the area you will be directly performing the activities or coordinating external providers in performing the
activities on behalf of you.
Besides the day to day HR consulting tasks you and your HR colleagues work on projects and tasks which are focused on the further development of HR policies and procedures and you contribute actively to a continuous improvement of the service level towards the business.
For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with strong communication skills and cultural awareness.
You are flexible, goal-oriented and well organized. Independency as well as team spirit is required for contributing to the HR team and travelling to and supporting your customers (travelling required +/- 30% within Europe)
