My client, an international organisation is looking for an HR Advisor/ Payroll Specialist.
If you have experience with IT systems, HR and do you also have experience in Payroll, you are the person I am looking for.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Payroll, taxes and benefits
- Preparing of contracts
- Support the HRBP with audits
- Manage and coordinate the administration regarding employee's information for health, paternity and maternity leave, pension and statutory registers
- Preparing of and follow up on sickness report within Europe
- Creating a car policy
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources
- 3-5 years experience with Dutch payroll and understanding of benefit schemes
- Strong interpersonal Skills
- Being able to keep contact with stakeholders
- Spoken and written English and Dutch is mandatory, other languages are a plus especially French
- Experience in an international company with regards to retail and payroll
