What you’ll be doing
- Leading the Benelux Sales team.
- Setting the Sales vision for the company.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement plans to realize rapid and sustainable growth on a global scale.
- Realize a significant growth of the Sales department while working with the team to create new business at small and medium-sized businesses.
- Develop and manage (annual) Sales goals and objectives to assure Shypple's performance remains on par.
- You are one of Shypple's high-level business partners who together with potential customers can understand the entire supply chain and convince them of our added value in an advisory manner.
