- Handling incoming requests and questions;
- Put different type of orders in the system;
- Follow up on questions and requests of customers via e-mail/phone;
- Provide a good process for customers with returns and repairs of products;
- Provide logs online of customer contact.
- 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role;
- Affinity with the health-care market;
- Fluency in English, German and Dutch, written and verbal.
