For one of our clients in Amsterdam we're looking for a German Account Manager. The company is a UK-based private equity backed insurance broker and underwriter specialising in structuring and implementing tailored insurance solutions for the European finance and leasing industry. As part of its continued expansion, the company opened a second office in the Netherlands in 2019.

In the course of their further European growth, they are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager who will assume full responsibility for the relationship management of their German cooperation partners.
- Central contact person for their existing, German-speaking cooperation partner and expert regarding all the products and services;
- Project management and post-sales support for the sales team in the implementation of new partnerships;
- Creation and review of internal/external MI reporting for our client;
- Identification of trends, analysis of portfolio data and initiation of corrective measures to ensure, develop and expand long-term partnerships with customers;
- Product training for new/existing customers;
- Coordination/cooperation with the relevant internal departments in order to meet customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English;
- Professional experience in account management, especially in the field of leasing/financial services;
- Strong ability to work in a team as well as a self-motivated and independent working style;
- Sense for continuous development of internal processes and working methods;
- Convincing communication, strong presentation style and confident appearance at different interfaces in dealing with contact persons up to C-level level;
- Structured, analytical approach and precision in dealing with counting;
- Experienced handling of MS Office, especially MS-Excel;
- National and international readiness to travel.
