We are looking for a new Fixed Costs Controller who will support our Specialized Nutrition business in our HQ in Hoofddorp. About the Job
The Fixed Costs Controller will directly report to the Fixed Costs Controlling Manager and your primary focus is to drive the Fixed Costs Control together with your line manager. You are in charge of ensuring a high-quality level of financial reporting and analysis.
In this role, your scope is WBU (Worldwide Business Unit) Specialized Nutrition and you are exposed to multiple senior internal stakeholders.
Your key missions will notably include:
Ensure consistent sustainable control on Fixed Costs
- Set-up monthly performance dashboard which includes all fixed costs
- Produce and communicate monthly reports to all functions
- Perform variance analysis on fixed costs
- Support monthly rolling forecast process for fixed costs
- Assist in preparation of presentations to management
Business Partner for Specialized Nutrition stakeholders
- Develop and increase strong finance awareness within Specialized Nutrition
- Point of contact for Financial Planning & Analysis team
To be successful in this role, you have a university or bachelor’s degree in Economics/business studies or equivalent. Experience with cost control processes & tooling and a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in finance or similar position. You know how to work in an international and complex matrix organisation that is continuously evolving and changing.
We will welcome an open-minded, reliable, proactive and team-oriented person. Strong communication and advanced technical skills are required to connect to other finance teams and manage complex financial tasks/topics.
