Our client is a valued company within the medical device industry with the product focus of endoscopy, neurology and radiology. With their products, health problems are discovered and addressed in the right and quick way. For them, we are currently looking for a driven and independent sales professional covering the entire Dutch market.
In this role you are responsible for leading your sales team and you assist as a cooperating foreman in achieving commercial success. In this position you will report directly to the Sales Manager in Benelux. This is a real field sales management position where you spend a large part of the time together with your team members on the road to customers to build sustainable relationships together.
The client portfolio consists of hospitals and private clinics mainly. The portfolio of our client consists of cutting-edge and market-leading capital equipment products in the field of radiology.
In addition, you are of course responsible for setting up the national sales plan, setting the targets, and developing your team. In short, this is a comprehensive sales function for the sales manager who likes to combine strategy and operation.
Minimum Bachelor / HBO level
Dutch and English both at a professional level.
Experience gained as (Field) Sales Manager
Experience with radiology and/or Capital Equipment (CAPEX) is a plus
6+ years of commercial experience in the Medical Devices of Pharma (track record)
Ability to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
