Executive Assistant, European office, Amsterdam
Our client is an international company and based nearby the Zuidas. The company can be described as dynamic and they have the ambition to further expand their activities in their industry. We are currently looking for an experienced, pro-active Executive Assistant to support 3 Directors.
You provide high-quality administrative, organizational, logistical and representative support to your Directors. Their focus is in the field of procurement / supply chain. You will take care of complex diary management, arrange meetings and video conferences, webinars, screen emails and telephone calls. You are capable of coordinating all high volume travels (air, visa, hotel and other reservations) and manage all correspondence in a timely manner. You prepare presentations and you keep track of costs and you prepare expense reports. As your managers are travelling frequently you are a first contactperson and you ensure urgent issues are managed in a professional and pro-active way.
You are a representative and internationally oriented Executive Assistant with a committed approach to service, precision in execution and refined eye for quality and detail. Your interpersonal and communication skills are excellent. Prioritize, organizing, planning and dealing with ambiguity are second nature. You demonstrate an extremely high level of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality at all times. You are flexible, a problem solver, confident and able to work as a teamplayer as well as take own initiative when necessary. You enjoy working within a fast paced organisation where drive and ambition are key words.
Relevant (secretarial) education.
Approximately 5 years of executive assistance experience.
Experience in an international, corporate environment.
Expert in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Sharepoint is a great plus.
English and Dutch fluent.
Full time (40 hrs. per week) available.
Travelling by public transport or by car (parking space is available).
