Your role and our department: As an Ecommerce Trader you will focus on optimizing the results for OutfitHustler.com - BESTSELLER’s youngest brand. Together with the online merchandiser, online marketeer, and tech team you will constantly try to optimize the site relevance, conversion rate and AOV. Your focus will be to report on, and analyze product data, stock levels, sell through rates and competitor behavior, and translate your findings into commercial actions like product discount rates, decide on product drops, and suggest which products or categories to promote. Is this you? Working experience of 2 to 3 years in similar role, or as a merchandiser in the retail industry Strong analytical / numerical skills Experience in using relevant systems (PIM / Tradebyte / Shopify platform) Passionate about driving progress based on transforming analytical and commercial insights into daily operations Ability to prioritise workload efficiently while meeting deadlines Developed interpersonal and team working skills No 9 to 5 mentality Our expectations for the future are that you will be able to : Optimize the sell through rate of our stock, while optimizing profit based on your insights and actions taken. Share your analytical findings and insights with the OutfitHustler team in such a way that you enable them to make informed merchandising and marketing decisions.
