As an Ecommerce Specialist you will be responsible for web shop implementations of international companies in the group, based on a single platform.

As an Ecommerce Specialist you will be responsible for web shop implementations of international companies in the group, based on a single platform. You also are responsible for the quality of the web content which will be maintained by the different subsidiary companies. You will ensure the quality of this content and will make sure that the companies maintain our high standard. You have knowledge of SEO and act as an expert in the Ecommerce field for the internal stakeholders. You will be a member of the online support team and act as a specialist in your field and will answer questions from you international colleagues. You are well aware of the online developments in eCommerce and will proactively think about the further improvements for the business. You are a strong communicator and take pleasure in advising your internal clients. Occasionally you will travel towards your different clients and projects in the Netherlands and in Europe. A driving licence is essential.
The successful Ecommerce Specialist will have a solid background in digital communications with proven experience in a similar role and the ability to build strong relationships with internal / external clients.
We are looking for candidates with a relevant Bachelor degree or at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You speak Dutch and/or English fluently (other European languages and knowledge of the Intershop platform are a strong plus) and you are comfortable in a formal setting.
As a person you have strong communicative skills, service mentality and you are used to work in a result driven environment.
You will be involved in the Ecommerce strategy of the company and you are able to look at things from a broader perspective.
You like to be a sparring partner and business partner for your internal international colleagues.
