Would you like to be a part of an international customer service team? Are you interested in medical science? Maybe this senior customer service position is something for you!
You are going to work in a team of 10 people and your main focus are the English and German customers. You will speak English all day with your colleagues, because there are many different nationalities on this department.
Customer ask 90% of their questions by email and you will handle 10 phone calls a day. If a mailing has been sent, you will have 100 German customers on the phone that day.
Job description
In this senior customer service position you are responsible for the customer service experience and you take care of a positive outcome. You cooperate with the customer service manager to make sure that all the daily deadlines are met by your team. You are pro-active in your communication towards distributors and customers regarding several matters.
Your tasks?
> Overseeing and handling of incoming customer and distributor requests by phone, mail of fax (including follow up)
> Overseeing and entry of all sales and purchase orders and process all related documents
> Monitor in time delivery of purchase orders and follow up back orders
> Inform customers and about ETA
> Complaints handling, back order management and monitoring outgoing shipments
> Create export related documents
> Coordinate outgoing shipments of samples, demos, custom orders, special deliveries etc.
> Set up and maintenance SOPs en create customer accounts in Oracle

What are we looking for?
> Mbo+ or Hbo level in Logistics or similar
> A good knowledge of the English and German language, Dutch is not required
> Knowledge of customer service and logistic administrative processes
> IATA or ADR is a plus
