We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, 32-40 hours per week for a period of 4-6 months. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the administration of prospects and clients, contract drafts, firts line of client support.

- Registration of prospects and clients in the CRM system
- Draw up contracts for clients
- Client support via phone and mail regarding contracts, invoices and offers
- Updating of client information in CRM system
- Supporting the sales department
Profiel van kandidaat
- Minimum intermediate vocational education
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience
- Experience with CRM system
- Experience with SAP is a preference
- Good command of the French and Dutch language
