Temp 1 Customer Service/Social Media Specialist
This role is helping to reinvent their online customer service process. The role involves some admin and some creativity.
- Initial copy and pasting of text into new Q&A style format.
- Checking competition to see how they do this.
- Helping to create the concept for new format.
Additional Social Media responsibility
- Checking social media channels on a daily basis.
- Cleaning up messages and responding to posts.
- Someone who is available quickly for a temp project which could be minimum of 3 weeks BUT more likely to extend through the whole sales period October – January.
- Business fluent in English with high level writing skills.
- Copywriting experience would be a bonus.
- 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent communicator and very well organized.
- Full time availability.
Temp 2 & 3 - Customer Service professional
Our client is going into ‘Black Friday’ sales period from mid-October. This is the start of the whole sales period up to end January 2020.
Issues may involve deliveries/returns/repairs etc.
When customer's requests are received they are distributed internally and there is a process to follow.
- Fluent English speaker
- Availability from 10th October to end January
- Ideally CS experience in E-Comms business (not essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Service minded and customer focused.
