You take care of monthly salary payments and coordinate the employment conditions processes. You are also a source of information for managers and employees with regard to salary changes and substantive terms of employment.You play an important role in the further digitization and professionalization of employment conditions processes.

To be successful in this position, you have a completed HBO degree in Business Economics or related. On the basis of in-depth training you have acquired good knowledge of payroll processing and employment law and conditional matters. You can switch well between your substantive and operational responsibilities, and understand principles such as integral management and self-service. You have analytical skills and are skilled with Excel & AFAS. In addition, you can properly organize the C&B work of the department and you can easily switch between substantive research jobs and the practical support of your internal customers. You master the English language well and we see knowledge of expats & international mobility as a plus.
