Your role is requiring you to work on several levels including strategic, tactical and operational. You are responsible for delivering a business and marketing strategy for your segment, including the implementation plan, the manual for sustainable growth in turnover and profitability. You know how to translate your knowledge of the market into interesting opportunities for the business. You link themes within the market to our proposition and put this together with the business on paper in strong sales pitches and quantitative value propositions.
You will be part of a marketing team with different roles: communication, CRM, design, online. You will also work closely with the digital marketing specialists in the organisation (SEO, SEA, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics). You can see yourself as the key link between traditional marketing and online/digital marketing.
You will oversee a specific segment, shaping the Segment Strategy, while being in close contact with the business to translate specific solutions into content for the customers. You are committed to this together with your colleagues in and outside the Netherlands.
The company plays an important role in making the industry world future-proof. Through your work, they will connect their solutions to all vital sectors in the industry. It is an independent role where you take the lead in obtaining data, analyse the segment you are in and you come up with the right resources and strategy that empowers your sales colleagues to go with the right approach and information to the clients.
You report to the Marketing Manager.
To be successful in this position, you have:
- Minimum Bachelor's Level diploma, ideally in direction business, marketing or economics
- Strong (project) management skills, ability to functionally manage without hierarchical line
- Experience with B2B digital marketing and content strategy
- Dutch and English fluency
- Strong communications skills, passion for the industry and technical products
- Entrepreneurial, pro-active approach, energy and enthusiasm
