Timesavers International located in Goes is part of the Timesavers Group, globally known for being the most prominent company in industrial broadband sanders, deburring machines and wide belt grinding machines. Timesavers group has branches located in The Netherlands, America and China. From the office in Goes they are working with a team of 85 people to attain sales, development and production of high quality metal machines for customers around the world. They distinguish themselves through a strong innovative capacity, technical leadership and a high degree of flexibility towards their customers.
You are responsible for sales and results mainly for China and The Far East. You take care of the pre-sales, sales and after sales, together with the locally acting agent or dealer. You are also in charge of managing the Shanghai office (6 FTE). In addition to your account management activities you will be extensively travelling to visit trade fairs and represent the Timesavers Group everywhere necessary. Within Timesavers you will be supported by the sales department as well as our technical specialists. The emphasis of your activities will be primarily focused on actively developing and maintaining existing relationships, which you are expected to further develop in a professional manner. You will be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Bachelor degree, a technical education is a strong advantage
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a technical commercial candidate in a international environment
Experience with industrial capital goods is a strong advantage
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or Chinese language skills are a strong advantage
Experienced in doing business with other cultures
Living within approximately 50 km from Goes, or willingness to move towards a position within driving distance of Goes
Prepared to travel a lot within the region (approximately 6 to 8 times a year, for 2 to 3 weeks).
