Wat doe je als Advisor Business Support / Communications Excellence bij TenneT?
The Advisor Business Support / Communications Excellence reports to the associate director Public Affairs & Communications and advises and supports the AD in several subjects of expertise, e.g. planning & control, LEAN, End-to-End processes and drafting KPI's and dashboards. Guards the financial and organisational process of various projects and monitors their progress.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- You draft the budget and planning for the PUC department;
- You draft End-to-End processes in cooperation with the associate director and business controller;
- You keep overview of budget and advice the management;
- You are responsible for lean processes and management;
- You support the AD, Heads and Leads of PUC.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Required experience / background for this position:
- You have a MSc or BSc degree, relevant university (of applied sciences) degree;
- You have several years of experience in the field of financial planning, LEAN or comparable;
- You are experienced in project management;
- You have affinity with (Corporate) Communications
