Our client is an international organization in the technology branch located in Amsterdam. As an Accounts Payable Accountant you will be working closely together with your enthusiastic colleagues from the accounting team. Would you like to be responsible for keeping the accounts payable information accurate and up to date? And would you like to work in an international environment and be part of a close and fun team? Tasks & responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and reporting
- Review and transfer supplier payments
- Detect and solve balances discrepancies
- Process customer refunds
- Manage bank reconciliation activities
- Responsible for accounts payable administration
- Manage monthly and yearly closing activities
- Complying accounting principles, applicable laws and regulations and the organization
- Support AR activities when needed
- Support other finance tasks when needed
Skills & education
- Bachelor or master
- At least two years of working experience in a similar position
- The ambition to work in an international environment
- Being fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must, Dutch would be considered a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Accurate, the ability to work under pressure and well-organized
- Communication skills and a teamplayer
- Living in the area of Amsterdam

- Gross monthly salary of € 2500,- en € 3300,- based on 40 hours a week
