The account manager is at the start of the value chain: it will be your responsibility to determine which brands in the Fashion, Shoes, Lingerie, Home, … segment will appeal to our consumers.Your main task is to convince these brands of our business model, and work together to get the best possible offer online: a high quality assortment at attractive prices.

- Develop a strategy to actively grow your segment, accounts and prospects including the translation of the sales strategy into actionable operational tactics.
- Analyse brands and sales according to development potential, profitability, sales revenues and develop and implement corresponding plans for actions.
- Recruit new accounts and establish long-term, sustainable relationships with existing ones.
- Responsible for the account results: negotiating collections, selection and purchase price, payment terms, annual planning, marketing campaigns...
- Responsible, from beginning to end, for the organization of your sale campaigns supported by a Commercial Coordinator and in cooperation with other internal departments such as Logistics, Digital Factory, Planning, Finance, etc.
Profiel van kandidaat
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a commercial and client-oriented position.
- Commerciality is your natural talent, you have good sales capabilities and strong result focus.
- You have a University / Master's degree.
- Experience in a purchasing position is an asset.
- You are good with numbers, strong analytical skills and an excellent command of Excel.
- You speak Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English.
