Personal Assistant, Board level (creative branch), Den Bosch

They are based in Den Bosch and this organization is characterized by creativity and ambition, but also a good balance between work and (healthy) life. To support one of the Board members, we are looking for an experienced, qualified and highly professional Personal Assistant.
As a Personal Assistant you assure the highest quality standard of the administrative and secretarial support and related tasks. You are responsible for the very complex diary management and all incoming and outgoing (e-mail) correspondence that requires any action to ensure an effective and high level of quality. Besides this, setting up conference calls and preparing Powerpoint presentations and reports is also part of your daily tasks. You take care of all complex travel arrangements as well as meetings both in the office as well as abroad. You enjoy being the first point of contact for all your Director’s relations.
You are an ambitious, internationally oriented and very service-minded candidate. You enjoy working within an innovative and constantly changing environment. You are able to multitask and prioritise at all times. This role requires a high level and confidentiality, diplomacy,
pro-activity and flexibility. You can work very independently as well as within a team. You can adapt easily and you are able to maintain relationships at all levels. HBO level / secretarial education.
5-7 years (proven) experience as Personal Assistant within international environment.
Strong MS Office skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch good.
Full time available (40 hrs. per week, non negotiable).
