For our Client in Amsterdam we are in search of a high-energy seller to join the European Partner Team. The Junior Partner Sales Executive will call, train and manage IT consulting companies to purchase, use and resell IT services. The services enable these IT consulting companies to migrate their customers to "the cloud" quicker, easier and more profitably, plus build profitable "cloud" business including Microsoft Office 365, Cloud Backup and Management products.
You"ll be relied upon to communicate targeted value propositions, listen for feedback, and educate and enable partners at scale. You are able to build credibility and persuade customers through phone, presentation, and written communications. You possess time management skills, execution focus, and passion for driving business results. You credibly communicate defined technology, business, channel, and process-related topics important to reseller partners.
Main responsibilities consist of:
- Achieve weekly outbound communications goals;
- Achieve partner adoption, usage and revenue goals;
- Partner satisfaction, reordering and growth;
- Provide insights to improve products, marketing and partner engagement;
- Representative at events and deliver public presentations and webcasts to large audiences;
- Collaborate with Distribution partners, Microsoft and colleagues.

As a Junior Partner Sales Executive you meet the following requirements:
- Positive, problem-solving attitude with demonstrated sales success;
- Basic familiarity with cloud computing technologies such as Office 365, AWS and Azure;
- Bachelor"s or advanced Degree is preferred;
- Related field experience in IT is preferred;
- Be a team player in uncovering and reacting to new partner opportunities and challenges;
- Ability to speak and communicate in British English at "native level" of proficiency.
