The position of Customer Support - Nordic (Swedish) is a sales and technical support position within a technical environment.
We are looking for candidates providing service for the following region:
Nordic (native or near native Swedish (preferred), Norwegian or Danish language skills)
The organisation has been a leading developer and manufacturer of professional AV system products (Electronics). Extron products are used to integrate video and audio into presentation systems for today's high tech boardrooms, presentation/training centers, university lecture halls, and other applications.
Customer Support - Nordic (Swedish):
- Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with clients/dealers
- Technical knowledge and support of all Extron products
- Provide excellent customer service
- Issue and follow-up on quotations
- Handle customer requests
Profiel van kandidaat
- 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
- Excellent communication skills in preferably Swedish (or Norwegian/Danish) and English (written and verbal)
- Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
- Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
