The position of CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Germany is a sales technical support position within a technical environment.
The company has been a leading developer and manufacturer of professional AV system products (Electronics). The products are used to integrate video and audio into presentation systems for today's high tech boardrooms, presentation/training centers, university lecture halls, and other applications.
The CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Germany will work from the European Headquarter in Amersfoort. From here you and your team are responsible for the German market.
- Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with clients/dealers
- Technical knowledge and support of product portfolio
- Provide excellent customer service
- Issue and follow-up on quotations
- Handle customer requests

As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Germany:
- 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
- Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
- Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
